PRICES AND TAXES
Orders within the EU
All prices include VAT charged at the current rate of 15% where
applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European
Union.
Orders outside the EU
For orders outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the cost
of the goods only if the country of destination is correctly selected
(Channel Island customers should select Channel Islands from the
country field, NOT UK). Destinations outside the EU may be subject to
import duty. These are not included in our prices and are the
responsibility of customers to pay on or after receipt of goods.
RETURNS AND REFUND
If for any reason you wish to return any items from your order, please
do so within 28 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a
full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange. Refunds are
normally processed within 7 days of receipt.
Faulty goods
If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit,
please let us know straight away and we will either offer you a full
refund or replace the goods at our cost.
Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for
the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded
delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of
receipt.
Your statutory rights
Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order email us on cancel@aramazu.com
Cancelling despatched goods
If the goods have already been despatched please re-package them in
resaleable condition and return them to us at your cost. Please be
aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason
we recommend you use a signed-for insured service. We will refund the
total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to
collect the goods if you do not send them back to us. We will refund
you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of us receiving
your notification.

Skyla Publishing Limited, creators of Aramazu has a Privacy Policy. We
only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web
Trader Code of Practice. We aim to safeguard the privacy of all our
users while providing a high quality of personal customer service.
Our systems collect your name, address and buying information at the
point you make your order so that we may process your order in the best
possible way.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at info@aramazu.com
How we use your details
We may make names and addresses available to other companies who may
also have products that would be of interest. If you would prefer us
not to do this please tick the box when prompted to do so or contact us
at any time. Please allow 12 weeks for your request to pass through to
third parties. We will NEVER pass on email addresses, telephone numbers
or Credit Card details.
Cookies
Our web site uses cookies to enable us to process your order and help
with registration details. You can disable cookies,
(www.aboutcookies.org) however the Aramazu shopping basket, in common
with most other e-commerce sites will not operate if you have cookies
turned off.
Our Email Policy
We do not send out unsolicited e-mail. We may send e-mails to people
who have bought from us in the past with offers and new products
information.. Please let us know if you wish to removed from the list.
